All Ever Portrait LLC portraits are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipping involved unless you choose to print your artwork separately. This policy explains how and when you'll receive your finished portrait.

Digital Delivery

Once your portrait is complete, we deliver your high-resolution digital artwork directly via WhatsApp or email — whichever you prefer. No physical item is shipped as part of the standard Service.

Delivery Timeframe

Most portraits are delivered within 48 hours of your photos, order details, and payment being confirmed. Delivery time may vary depending on:

• The complexity of your request (number of people, pets, or custom details)
• Current order volume
• How quickly you respond to any requests for clarification or additional photos

If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we'll let you know as soon as possible.

File Format

Your finished portrait is delivered as a high-resolution digital file suitable for both screen viewing and professional printing. If you need a specific file format or resolution for printing purposes, let us know when placing your order.

Printing

Ever Portrait LLC delivers digital artwork only. If you'd like a physical print, you're welcome to send your delivered file to a printing service of your choice.

If you haven't received your portrait within the expected timeframe, or if you experience any issue receiving your file, please contact us right away so we can resolve it promptly.
