1. Our Service

Ever Portrait LLC creates personalized digital portrait artwork based on photographs and instructions you provide. Portraits are hand-crafted by our artists and delivered as high-resolution digital files.

2. Placing an Order

Orders may be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or email. When you place an order, you agree to:

• Provide clear, appropriate photographs suitable for creating your portrait
• Provide accurate contact and order details
• Pay the price applicable to your order at the time of purchase

3. Your Photos and Content

You confirm that you own or have the right to use any photo you submit, and that you have permission from any identifiable person shown in the photo (or are their parent/legal guardian, where applicable) to have it turned into artwork. We reserve the right to decline any order involving photos that are unlawful, infringe on someone else's rights, or are otherwise inappropriate.

4. Pricing

Current prices are shown on our website and may be updated at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time your order is placed. Prices include the base portrait plus any additional people or pets you select.

5. Revisions

Every portrait includes unlimited revisions to help ensure you're happy with the final artwork. Revisions should relate to reasonable adjustments to the portrait already created (such as likeness, color, or composition) rather than an entirely new portrait concept.

6. Delivery

Portraits are typically delivered within 48 hours of your photos and order details being confirmed, though delivery times may vary based on order complexity and volume. See our Delivery Policy for full details.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Because each portrait is custom-made for you, refund eligibility is limited. Please see our Refund Policy for full terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Once your portrait is delivered and paid for, you may use it for personal purposes, including printing, sharing, and gifting. Ever Portrait LLC retains the right to use anonymized or example artwork for portfolio and marketing purposes only where separately agreed with you.

9. Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver artwork that reflects your photos and instructions as closely as possible. Digital artwork involves artistic interpretation, and minor variations from the original photo are expected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Ever Portrait LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
